Job summary

Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an End User Service Engineer to deliver global desktop and collaboration technology support for investment professionals, technology teams, and executives. You will manage Windows and macOS environments, Microsoft 365, and AV/conference room technology in a fast-paced, enterprise setting.

Qualifications

Experience providing executive and C-level technical support.
Strong experience supporting Windows 10/11 and macOS environments.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Windows systems administration.
Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
Experience supporting AV technology, conference rooms, and meeting environments.
Exposure to Citrix Cloud, XenDesktop, or XenApp environments.
Exposure to Microsoft Azure administration, including endpoint, Exchange, and VDI technologies.
Experience working with ticketing and service management platforms such as ServiceNow.
Familiarity with endpoint management solutions, including Microsoft Intune and Jamf.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and problem-solving capabilities.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to a global user base, including investment professionals, technology teams, and corporate functions.
Deliver white-glove support for senior executives and business leadership.
Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows infrastructure, desktop platforms, virtual desktops, and enterprise applications.
Support and administer Microsoft 365 services and Windows environments.
Desktop modernization and cloud migration initiatives
Endpoint management programs
Office expansion and relocation projects
Collaboration and workplace technology deployments
Support conference rooms, audio-visual systems, and executive meetings/events.
Manage and resolve incidents and service requests through ITSM platforms.
Collaborate closely with infrastructure, security, networking, and engineering teams to improve service quality and user experience.
Contribute to automation initiatives through scripting and process improvements.
Participate in a globally distributed support model, providing coverage across multiple office locations.
