Pinpoint Asia, on behalf of a leading global financial services client, is seeking a Project Manager – Operational Transformation to drive enterprise-scale initiatives across regulatory, operating models, and technical systems in a fast-paced environment.

You will convert strategy into roadmaps, manage master schedules, mitigate risks, align cross-functional teams, and report to executives with cost-benefit analysis while ensuring budgets and risk frameworks are managed end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale transformations across regulatory, operating model, and technical domains.
• Translate strategy into structured operational roadmaps with KPIs and milestones.
• Architect and manage master project schedules, mitigate risks, map dependencies, adapt to changing priorities.
• Steer multi-disciplinary workstreams in a complex matrix organization with cross-department alignment.
• Provide executive-ready reporting, cost-benefit analysis, and scalable delivery frameworks.
