Job summary

Protiviti Hong Kong is hiring an experienced Project Manager to drive delivery for a major transformation program in a global bank. You will manage the full lifecycle from requirements gathering to post-implementation support, ensuring initiatives are scoped and executed to a high standard.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, excellent communication, and proficiency with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, plus tools like JIRA and MS Project.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as Project Manager or Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
• Experience supporting transformation or change programs in banking.
• Experience across full project lifecycle: requirements to post-implementation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation.
• Strong documentation, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with project management and BA tools/methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, JIRA, MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering and facilitate stakeholder workshops.
• Translate business needs into clear documentation, process flows, and delivery-ready specifications.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource schedules.
• Manage project delivery end-to-end, tracking progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate across business, technology, and operations teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.
• Oversee testing and UAT, including test planning, coordination, and defect management.
• Provide post-implementation support and ensure smooth transition to business-as-usual.
• Report on project status, escalating risks and issues to senior stakeholders as required.
