Job summary

Sanderson-iKas Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a large-scale transformation programme spanning Front to Back IT and business change. You will partner with stakeholders across Front Office, Technology, Operations, Risk and Finance to translate strategy into initiatives and requirements for implementation.

Excellent communication skills and a background in transformation projects within an investment bank are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of capital markets traded products, trade life cycle and processing flows.
• Excellent project management skills with proven track record across full life cycle on large scale projects.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders in lines of business and functions to translate strategy into initiatives and requirements.
• Maintain effective communication and relationships with Front Office, Technology, Operations, Risk, Finance and others.
• Assist with managing the pipeline of work and prioritisation based on demand and capacity.
• Manage and resolve key program risks and issues.
• Proactively manage scope changes and devise contingency plans.
