You will convert strategy into roadmaps, manage master schedules, mitigate risks, align cross-functional teams, and report to executives with cost-benefit analysis while ensuring budgets and risk frameworks are managed end-to-end.

Responsibilities
Spearhead the execution of large-scale corporate initiatives across regulatory compliance, operational transformation, and technical systems to achieve target business outcomes.
Convert high-level corporate strategies into structured operational roadmaps accompanied by concrete performance indicators.
Architect and manage master project schedules, actively mitigating operational risks, mapping key dependencies, and adjusting to changing business priorities.
Steer multi-disciplinary workstreams across a complex matrix organization, harmonizing conflicting objectives and securing cross-departmental alignment.
Facilitate executive decision-making through concise reporting, collaborative problem-solving, and practical cost-benefit analysis.
Maintain rigorous oversight of financial budgets, institutional risk frameworks, and regulatory compliance standards across every phase of execution.
Help construct financial business cases while tracking financial return, cost savings, and long-term value realization.
Refine enterprise delivery frameworks, contributing to the continuous elevation of internal project management practices.
Requirements
10 to 15+ years of progressive project or program management experience directing complex transformations within financial services
Proven track record of operating effectively within high-velocity, ambiguous environments while handling shifting priorities and rapid change.
Strong business instincts with a demonstrated ability to evaluate trade-offs and drive results-oriented decisions.
Full accountability for project delivery, change management, end-user adoption, and business benefit realization.
Recognised program management certifications (such as PMP, PRINCE2, or MSP) are highly preferred.
