Job summary

Optimum Solutions Pte Ltd in Hong Kong seeks a Program Manager to lead the end-to-end Core Banking transformation, overseeing planning, execution and change management to align with regional standards and local regulations.

You will drive product implementations, in-country rollouts, and act as the bridge between Country and Region while coordinating with multiple stakeholders and vendors to ensure a robust, scalable platform transformation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in IT/CS or related field.
10+ years in project/program management for large banking IT transformations.
PMP/Prince2/PgMP or SAFe desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of Core Banking transformation, including planning, execution and change management.
Mitigate manual operations; lead product implementations and in-country rollouts.
Provide leadership, governance and direction to the country project team for regional delivery.
Bridge Country and Region to land regional solutions while safeguarding local regulatory needs.
Collaborate with country/region/head office stakeholders, vendors and IT teams for scalable platform transformation.
Reporting and controls — report progress to Regional Program Office.
