Job summary

Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management Asia seeks an experienced Project Manager to drive transformation initiatives across technology and business functions. You will define scope, gather requirements, and lead end-to-end delivery for complex banking change programs.

The role requires deep knowledge of financial services, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, finance, IT or related discipline (required).
• Minimum 8–10 years of practical experience in project management within Banking/Finance change management preferred.
• Knowledge in client statements, system/process enhancements and data governance design.
• Experience with Agile development practices is a plus.
• Strong PM, people management, influencing and analytical skills; banking product knowledge essential.

• Define project scope and business needs with stakeholders and cross-functional groups.
• Perform business analysis, user stories, workflow determinations, and data governance recommendations.
• Build or enhance client report systems and platforms.
