Job summary

Ocean Park Corporation is seeking a seasoned Training and Talent Development professional to lead all training activities and drive talent development initiatives. You will design, plan, deliver and assess competency-based and soft skills training in both classroom and online settings.

The role includes developing online learning, maintaining the e-learning system, and managing staff incentive programmes, with ad hoc responsibilities as needed. A full-time position in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Degree in Training, Management, HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 7+ years in learning and development or talent development, with at least 4 years in supervisory/managerial roles.
• Strong design, facilitation and stakeholder management skills; solid project management knowledge.
• Creative, proactive and people-oriented with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.

Responsibilities

• Lead training activities and drive talent development initiatives effectively.
• Design, plan, deliver and assess competency-based and soft skills training in classroom and online settings.
• Drive online learning development and maintain the e-learning system.
• Manage staff incentive programmes and handle ad hoc tasks.
