Job summary

PERSOL is representing a Singapore-based bank seeking a Senior HR Officer / Assistant Manager to support Talent Acquisition. The role is a 4-month contract based in Hong Kong, requiring hands-on recruitment and rapid delivery.

You will manage end-to-end hiring, engage both active and passive candidates, and collaborate with hiring managers to accelerate fills while maintaining high communication standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on recruitment and sourcing experience.
• Strong focus on speed, delivery and hands-on operational recruitment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Immediate or short notice availability for a 4-month contract.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end recruitment for active requisitions, including screening, interviewing, and offers.
• Source, screen, and engage active and passive candidates via LinkedIn, talent pools, and referrals.
• Map markets for active hiring needs to support fast talent pipelining.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to drive smooth recruitment processes.
• Participate in ad hoc projects or career fairs as required.
