Neo Derm is seeking a result-driven Senior Human Resources Manager (Talent Acquisition) to oversee TA activities within our retail operations. You will lead the TA department, shape staffing strategies, and attract frontline talent in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in TA leadership, beauty/retail FMCG experience, strong stakeholder management, KPI development, and a proven ability to implement standardized processes aligned with business goals.

Formación

• Degree in HR or related field.
• 10+ years in talent acquisition leadership.
• Beauty/retail/FMCG experience a plus.
• Strong communication across all levels.
• Proven team management and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
• Negotiation and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Regulatory knowledge and compliance awareness.
• Develop KPIs and recruitment standards.
• Experience in reporting and presenting talent metrics.

• Oversee full spectrum of sourcing, hiring, and employee acquisition.
• Lead and supervise TA team to meet standards.
