Neo Derm, a leading medical aesthetic enterprise headquartered in Hong Kong, seeks an Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition to join its HR team. You will drive corporate hiring across functions, shape recruitment strategy, and oversee end-to-end recruitment cycles.

The ideal candidate brings 5–7 years in talent acquisition, agency recruitment background welcome, and a business-driven mindset. Strong communication and stakeholder relations are essential to align staffing with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
• 5–7 years of Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Recruitment agency background is welcome; in-house experience is beneficial.

To realize its mission and provide endless beauty possibilities to its consumers, Neo Derm is welcoming an Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition to be joining our HR team.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Corporate hiring across all functions
• Develop recruitment strategy including a mixed of talent mapping and resourcing that best responds to hiring requirements and talent market dynamics
• Manage recruitment cycle from on boarding a job, designing job descriptions, candidate sourcing, selection and calibration, shortlist presentation, interview process management, offer management to onboarding candidates and orientation
• Support employee development through learning and development initiative to align staff to business objectives
• Curate excellent candidate and employee experience through actively seeking candidates' insights and listening to voice of employees. Communicate and turn insights into improvement plans through collaborating with stakeholders
• Identify Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and communicate EVP over social media, corporate website and job boards
• Develop employee engagement plan and activities to understand employee expectations over personal development, job satisfactions and challenge. Develop supportive tools to maximize engagement and performance.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources related field, or equivalent experience or related discipline with a minimum of 5-7 years relevant experience as a talent acquisition specialist gained from a fast-paced environment
• Candidates from recruitment agency background are welcome and Experience in in-house is beneficial
• Hands-on experience with a focus on proactive talent mapping, sourcing assessment and selection will be needed
• Experience in Beauty, Retail and FMCG market segments is a strong advantage
• Business-driven mindset with the ability to build a positive rapport with the business
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact, influence, and build relationships at all levels
• Strong sense of urgency, with proven ability to act swiftly under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and processes
• Collaborative, enjoys sharing ideas, and is a good team player
