Job summary

Neo Derm is seeking a high-calibre leader to drive end-to-end retail operations performance across all treatment centres in Hong Kong. You will bridge frontline execution and corporate strategy, powering sales, retail excellence and data-informed decision making.

In this role you will lead frontline KPI performance across brands, work with marketing and platform teams on campaigns, and provide timely performance analysis to the C-suite through robust dashboards and reports.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in luxury retail, services brand, beauty, skincare, makeup, wellness or similar industries with data analytics-driven planning.
• Strong leadership, business acumen and analytical skills.
• Fluent communication in Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

• Drive frontline KPI performance across multiple brands and locations in Hong Kong.
• Provide data-driven performance analysis to C-suite and support business planning through dashboards.
• Lead coaching and training to improve staff performance and implement daily performance reviews.
• Advise on robotic process automation (RPA) to improve data accuracy and reporting for planning and reviews.
• Provide manpower insights to HR on performance, salary appraisals, and new hires.
• Ensure operational efficiency and lead internal communications for promotions and campaigns.
