Neo Derm, a leading medical aesthetic enterprise headquartered in Hong Kong, seeks an Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition to join its HR team. You will drive corporate hiring across functions, shape recruitment strategy, and oversee end-to-end recruitment cycles.

The ideal candidate brings 5–7 years in talent acquisition, agency recruitment background welcome, and a business-driven mindset. Strong communication and stakeholder relations are essential to align staffing with business goals.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
• 5–7 years of Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Recruitment agency background is welcome; in-house experience is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Handle corporate hiring across all functions.
• Develop recruitment strategy including talent mapping and sourcing.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding.
