Job summary

Neo Derm Group Limited is seeking a Senior Executive in Talent Acquisition (Retail Operations) to lead full-cycle recruitment for frontline positions across its Hong Kong network. The role partners with Retail Operations on manpower planning, sources candidates through portals, social media and referrals, screens resumes, conducts interviews, and coordinates onboarding.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related discipline with 2–4 years of recruitment experience; FMCG/beauty

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related discipline.
• 2–4 years recruitment experience.
• Experience in Retail / Beauty / FMCG is an advantage.
• Agency recruiter background welcome.
• Strong communication skills and sense of urgency.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruitment for frontline retail positions (e.g. Beauty Consultants, Therapists, Customer Service, Receptionists, Nurse assistant, etc.)
• Work closely with Retail Operations on manpower planning and hiring needs
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate interview arrangements
• Manage offer process and onboarding follow-up
• Prepare simple recruitment reports and hiring updates
• Support employer branding and other HR projects as needed
