Job summary

Neo Derm (HK) Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead the HR department, shaping workforce strategy and talent acquisition for operations and leadership roles in Hong Kong. You will oversee HR operations, employee relations, reward design, and workforce planning while acting as a trusted partner to drive business growth in the medical aesthetics market.

Fluency in English and Chinese is required; a university degree in a related field is expected.

Qualifications

• University degree or above in HR, Business, Management.
• 12+ years in HR, ideally within health & beauty, retail, or FMCG or other fast paced industry. TA focused position experience would be advantageous.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills and ability to facilitate cross‑functional alignment
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition Lead – Architect the talent strategy for operation and leadership roles, ensuring we attract and secure top‑tier talent ahead of business demand.
• Reward & Policy Design – Set the tactical direction for reward structures and systems, balancing commercial realities with talent retention imperatives.
• Workforce & Succession Planning – Own the manpower budgeting process for management review, aligning headcount investments with critical priorities.
• Market Intelligence – Stay ahead of labour market shifts and recommend proactive actions to maintain our competitive edge.
