Job summary

CLSA is seeking a Technical Lead for the Front Office Market Connectivity team in Hong Kong. You will work closely with business users, vendors, and other front office development and support teams to develop our Market Connectivity platform and ensure timely, high-quality software delivery.

The role requires 8+ years in IT system delivery within banking/securities, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Mandarin and English.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
8+ years of IT system delivery experience in banking/securities/financial institutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Mandarin and English.
Experience with low latency techniques (LMAX disruptor).
Exposure to Git, JIRA, Agile, Maven.

Responsibilities

Task planning and handling requests from various parties.
Continuously review and provide recommendations to improve the system.
Liaise with other development teams to design interrelated functions.
Conduct code review and provide guidance to other team members.
Unit testing and functional testing of the developed code.
Responsible for timely and quality delivery of software solutions.
Ensure full compliance to CSI and required training and regulatory requirements for you and your team.
