Job summary

HKBN is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant for UC & CC to lead pre-sales activities, design IP Telephony and contact center solutions, and present compelling demonstrations to clients.

You will translate client needs into technical designs, respond to RFIs/RFPs, engage with the sales team, and support handoffs to delivery. CCNP Voice is preferred; CCIE Collaboration welcomed; 5+ years in a solutions integration environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in solution architect or consultant roles with large integration firms.
• Experience in design and delivery of IP Telephony solutions with Cisco, Avaya, Mitel, Asterisk or MS Teams.
• Good knowledge of Telephony such as T1/E1 PRI, ISDN BRI, CO Trunks, SIP Trunks and FXS stations.
• Familiar with IP-PBX, IP phones, gateways, PoE switches, MCU and Video Conference systems; QoS for voice networks.
• Experience in Contact Center solutions with omnichannel and chatbot design would be an advantage.
• CCNP Voice certification; CCIE Collaboration credential is a definite advantage.

• Present solution and conduct demonstration to clients
• Assist in the project transition from sales to project delivery team

About You

• High Diploma or above in computer, IT or related disciplines
• Holder of Cisco Certified Voice Professional (CCNP Voice) qualification, credential with CCIE (Collaboration) will be a definite advantage
• Experience in design and delivery of IP Telephony solutions with Cisco, Avaya, Mitel, Asterisk or MS Teams
• Has good knowledge in Telephony such as T1/E1 PRI, ISDN BRI, CO Trunks, SIP Trunks and FXS stations
• Familiar with IP-PBX, IP phones, gateways, PoE switches, MCU and Video Conference systems. Understand and experience in implementing Quality of Service (QoS) for voice network
• Experience in Contact Center solution with omnichannel and chatbot design would be an advantage
• At least 5 years in the above-mentioned capacity specifically as a solution architect or consultant with a large solutions integration firm
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Consultant
