Job summary

DBS Bank (Hong Kong) is seeking a Relationship Manager to develop and maintain strong SME client relationships within the Institutional Banking Group. You will understand client needs and provide tailored financial solutions to support growth and expansion.

You will proactively identify cross-selling opportunities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and monitor client performance to address challenges while contributing to the bank's SME strategy. Location: Mira Place Tower A.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in a relationship management or client-facing role within banking/financial services.
Strong understanding of SME banking and financial needs of SMEs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for long-term client relationships.
Proficient in data analysis and financial modeling to provide insights.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with SME clients within Institutional Banking Group.
Understand client business needs and provide tailored financial solutions to support growth.
Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities to expand product/service offerings.
Collaborate with bank teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
Monitor client financial performance and address concerns promptly.
