Job summary

nextRoles is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive in Hong Kong to drive outbound sales, qualify leads, and book meetings during the learning stage. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while conducting consultative conversations to understand clients' event needs.

Successful candidates will have 1+ year of B2B sales experience, strong communication skills in English and Cantonese (Mandarin a plus), and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in B2B sales (hunter/SDR/outbound)
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Cantonese
• Ability to conduct consultative conversations and discover client needs
• Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline-building skills

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to qualify leads and book meetings
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Conduct consultative discussions to address client events and pain points
• Maintain high outbound activity and a healthy sales pipeline
• Record activities in CRM and dashboards
• Aim to meet or exceed assigned sales targets
