Job summary

Inside LVMH is seeking a Senior Retail Specialist to support the Retail Director in maintaining smooth daily operations across the Hong Kong and Macau retail network. The role will implement operational standards, coordinate cross-functional activities, and support store openings, renovations and global initiatives.

The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and a track record in premium/luxury retail environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
• 5+ years retail operations or multi-store support in premium/luxury.
• Well organized with strong numerical analytics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, problem-solving, team-oriented.
• Resilient in a fast-paced multi-market environment.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Analyze, define, implement, and execute new operating standards to harmonize practices across markets.
• Implement and monitor Master of Retail following global operations guidelines.
• Propose improvements aligned with HQ Retail Operations strategies.
• Monitor OPEX-related activities and challenge workflows to improve efficiency.
• Manage store uniform and packaging orders; coordinate maintenance requests.
• Coordinate Store Planning on openings, relocations, closures, renovations.
• Coordinate with CRM, Merchandising, IT, VM, Finance to prepare and setup.
• Enable seamless communication between stores and the office; escalate issues.
• Coordinate logistics planning: product deliveries, storage, back-of-house.
• Ensure cross-functional support contributes to exceptional in-store experiences.
• Bridge between stores, after-sales team and office.
• Provide timely updates to stores for client follow-up.
• Support tracking and reporting of after-sales cases.
• Identify recurring issues and feedback to improve processes.
