Job summary

WilliamSELECT is partnering with a globally renowned luxury brand to hire a Retail Operations Executive to support the back office team in Hong Kong. You will oversee day-to-day retail operations, coordinate cash handling, and assist with store projects and vendor contracts.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in any discipline.
2+ years of experience in luxury retail management.
Native Cantonese, Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of all retail activities.
Coordinate monthly petty cash and alterations.
Support quarterly incentive calculations.
Manage staff rosters to ensure sales floor coverage.
Arrange repairs and maintenance contracts with service providers.
Collaborate with project, finance and IT teams on renovations and store closures.
Arrange in-store security guard services as needed.
Provide uniforms and stationery support to the sales team.
Prepare and monitor uniform distribution and shop stationery orders.
Prepare sales reports, sales plans and sales analyses.
Monitor budgets and analyse operational expenses; work with inventory to prevent stock loss.
Conduct regular store and market visits.
