Job summary

Betterment Asia Limited is seeking a Store Operations Manager for a luxury retail store in Hong Kong. The role oversees daily store operations, inventory management, and coordination with internal teams to deliver a seamless retail experience.

The ideal candidate has hands-on retail ops experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and fluency in English and Cantonese (Mandarin a plus). You will lead a team, manage stock, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety

Qualifications

Hands-on retail operations experience.
People management or team supervision preferred.
Strong organizational, problem-solving and multitasking skills.
Detail-oriented with service mindset in fast-paced retail.
Good communication and stakeholder management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations (front-of-house and back-of-house).
Manage inventory, stock counts, transfers, replenishment and accuracy.
Coordinate shipping, receiving, orders, deliveries and after-sales support.
Maintain store facilities, equipment, systems and presentation.
Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, mall management, IT and store planning.
Ensure policy, safety and internal control compliance.
