Job summary

KOS International Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Retail Operations Executive to support premium execution of boutique operations across the Hong Kong network and to drive consistent client experiences.

You will partner with store teams and internal functions to uphold brand standards, coordinate openings and campaigns, and deliver accurate reporting on sales, traffic, and operations to the Retail Excellence Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury or premium retail operations.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day retail operations across Hong Kong boutiques.
• Maintain retail procedures, calendars, and brand guidelines.
• Monitor store readiness, uniforms, facilities, and maintenance.
• Support boutique openings, relocations, and campaigns.
• Prepare weekly and monthly retail reports for management.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, HR, and Visual Merchandising.
• Ensure client experience reflects luxury standards.
