Qualifications

• University graduate in business related disciplines.
• At least 8 years of experience in retail management.
• Strategic, good business acumen and communication skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Putonghua.
• Result oriented with excellent leadership skills and ability to manage a sizable team.
• Flexible and able to work under pressure.
• Proactive, organized and detail-minded.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead retail team.
• Sets and manages sales target.
• Conducts business analysis and reacts to opportunities to maximize selling opportunities.
• Develop in-store development, such as store expansion and renovation.
• Manage store target, manpower cost and store-related expenses with cross-functional teams to achieve store P&L targets.
• Analyze business and store performance to address risks and opportunities regularly.
• Ensure Store Managers maximize business through contests, promotions, and ongoing coaching and development.
