Job summary

Leadership Solutions Limited seeks an Operation Director for its Hong Kong/Macau retail network. You will lead a large store portfolio, drive profitability and customer experience, and guide strategic retail transformation across channels.

The role requires strong leadership, business acumen and experience in fast-paced retail environments. An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of retail operations experience.
• At least 4 years in a senior leadership position managing large-scale, multi-store operations.
• Strong track record in driving sales growth and profitability.
• Experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, fashion or related fast-paced retail businesses.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and overall management of a sizeable retail store network across Hong Kong and Macau.
• Own retail business performance including sales growth, store profitability and P&L management.
• Formulate and implement retail strategies to maximise revenue and margins.
• Establish KPIs and monitor labour efficiency and customer metrics.
• Lead expansion, store network optimisation and transformation initiatives.
• Drive omnichannel development and integration of online/offline activities.
