Job summary

• Excellent English and Chinese communication.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Retail Strategy & Business Performance

• Develop and execute retail strategies aligned with brand objectives, driving sales growth, profitability, and overall business performance.
• Lead annual business planning, budgeting, sales target setting, and KPI monitoring across the retail network.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and business performance to identify growth opportunities and drive commercial results.
• Oversee retail operations, ensuring operational excellence, cost efficiency, and compliance with brand standards and local regulations.
• Drive retail network development, including new store openings, relocations, and expansion opportunities.

Client Experience & CRM

• Drive CRM and client development strategies to enhance customer acquisition, retention, loyalty, and sales conversion.
• Ensure exceptional client experience and consistent luxury service standards across all boutiques.

Leadership & People Development

• Lead and develop the retail team, fostering a high-performance culture and strong commercial mindset.
• Oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning in partnership with HR.
• Coach and empower Store Managers to achieve business objectives and operational excellence.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Merchandising, Marketing, CRM, Visual Merchandising, HR, and Finance to drive sales performance, optimize inventory, and support business growth.
• Manage relationships with landlords and key external stakeholders to support retail expansion.
• Provide regular business performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of retail experience, with substantial experience in senior retail leadership positions; luxury retail /watches & jewellery / luxury fashion experience is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in leading a retail network, driving commercial performance, and delivering sales and profitability targets.
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with solid financial and analytical capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience in retail network development, operational excellence, and client development within a luxury retail environment.
• Proven leadership capability in managing and developing multi-level retail teams, with strong people management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with SAP or other retail management systems is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel as required by the business.
