Deutsche Börse AG, via its Clearstream unit, seeks a Senior Associate in Relationship Management for the China & Hong Kong market. You will oversee key financial institution clients and regulators, promoting initiatives and expanding market presence.

Required are 3–6 years in securities/banking, strong KYC/AML knowledge, and proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese, with travel flexibility.

Qualificações

Minimum bachelor’s degree.
3–6 years in securities/banking with familiarity in financial market infrastructures or custodian services.
Strong KYC/AML knowledge and client onboarding experience.
Solid understanding of securities settlement and corporate actions.
Experience with institutional clients and relationship management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills; client oriented.

Responsabilidades

Manage key relationships in China & HK market, including banks, financial institutions, market infrastructure providers and regulators.
Develop new business opportunities and protect existing revenue with coordination across regional offices.
Prepare and present proposals and product presentations to potential customers.
Initiate, establish and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Monitor service levels and resolve customer inquiries on settlement and custody.
Liaise with product teams to promote Clearstream initiatives.
Stay updated on market developments and competitors.
Act as first line of defence for KYC/AML compliance and regulatory requirements.
