Job summary

Deutsche Bank AG in Hong Kong seeks a seasoned Client Management professional to serve a portfolio of institutional clients in Trust and Securities Services. You will lead end-to-end service delivery, onboarding, KYC reviews, and governance discussions with clients.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities to drive service improvements and revenue growth in a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in Custody, Securities Services, Fund Services or related domains.
• Experience managing institutional client relationships within financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary relationship and service contact for assigned institutional clients.
• Own end-to-end client service management, resolving requests and escalations.
• Manage onboarding, KYC refresh, account opening and maintenance; e-banking setup.
