Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in relevant discipline (professional qualifications such as MHKIE/MHKIA advantageous).
• 10+ years’ experience with at least 5 years at managerial level.
• Strong leadership and effective communication skills.
• Strong sense of self-discipline and responsibility.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Recommend, prepare and review preventive maintenance schedules for a large scale of residential premises.
• Review and monitor the performance of maintenance contractors and suppliers.
• Plan, implement and supervise improvement projects to meet statutory regulations.
• Responsible for tendering, awarding and renewing contracts for maintenance/improvement works.
• Provide technical expertise and recommendations for the designated property.
• Prepare annual maintenance budget, set up and review operations policies, and provide staff training.
• Liaise with government authorities and public bodies.
• Lead or participate in ad hoc tasks as required.
