Job summary

Shun Tak Property Management Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned Property Manager to lead maintenance, renovations and project delivery across assigned properties.

You will oversee budgets, coordinate with tenants and contractors, and ensure quality, safety and compliance while driving service standards and team performance.

Qualifications

• Degree in relevant discipline; MHKIE/MHKIA advantageous.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience; at least 5 years in managerial role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Manage building maintenance, repairs, renovations, and projects.
• Prepare and review maintenance schedules; oversee activities.
• Communicate with tenants and coordinate with internal teams.
• Conduct surveys, inspections, monitor progress.

• Oversee consultancy services for renovations and improvements.

Job description

Shun Tak Property Management Limited is a wholly – owned subsidiary of the Shun Tak Group currently managing a portfolio of residential, commercial and industrial properties in Hong Kong and Macau. It is also the first Hong Kong property management company accredited with the ISO 9001:2000 certification in Macau. We are now inviting applications for the following position:

Job Duties:

Manage building maintenance, repairs, renovations, and projects; prepare and review maintenance schedules; and oversee maintenance activities for designated properties, including but not limited to conducting technical feasibility studies and providing engineering and maintenance solutions

Responsible for effective communication with tenants of shopping mall and commercial buildings, and coordination with internal property management teams,

Conduct building surveys, inspections, and monitor work progress.

Coordinate with stakeholders to supervise maintenance contractors and suppliers.

Prepare annual maintenance budgets.

Coordinate consultancy services for renovations and improvements, lead projects as needed.

Vet fit-out / reinstatement requests and special projects.

Implement quality, environmental, and health & safety standards for the company’s operations.

Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Degree in relevant discipline, with relevant professional qualifications such as MHKIE/MHKIA an advantage

Minimum 10 years’ experience with at least 5 years at managerial level

Strong leadership and effective communication skill

Strong sense of self-discipline & responsibility

Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
