We are seeking an exceptionally qualified Senior Property Manager to take full operational and strategic oversight of our premium property portfolio. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team of senior management professionals, elevate estate management standards, drive operational excellence, and maintain top-tier stakeholder relationships.
Lead, mentor, and empower estate management teams to ensure seamless daily operations and maintain top-tier customer service standards.
Oversee and coordinate the performance of service providers, vendors, and contractors to ensure compliance with contractual and service quality requirements.
Build robust relationships with residents, owners, business partners, and key stakeholders to enhance overall satisfaction and community vitality.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency, service quality, and resident experience.
Direct ad-hoc management assignments, capital improvement projects, and strategic initiatives as assigned.
Requirements:
Degree holder in Property Management, Estate Management, Facilities Management or a related discipline.
15+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 8+ years in a senior management capacity overseeing property or estate operations.
Proven track record in managing large-scale, prestigious residential estates or integrated communities.
Holder of a valid Property Management Practitioner Licence (Tier 1).
Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH), Corporate Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Housing (HKIH), or equivalent professional qualification is essential.
Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing sizeable teams and complex stakeholder relationships.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Good command of Microsoft Office applications.
