Job summary

Shun Tak Property Management Limited in Hong Kong seeks a senior Building Manager to oversee maintenance, repairs, renovations and project works, ensuring schedules and progress are managed effectively.

You will lead internal teams, coordinate tenant-focused works, supervise contractors, and ensure quality, safety and environmental standards are met while managing annual budgets.

Qualifications

• Degree in relevant discipline; professional qualifications favored (MHKIE/MHKIA).
• Minimum 10 years’ experience with at least 5 years at managerial level.
• Strong leadership and effective communication skills.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Oversee building maintenance, repairs, renovations, and project works; prepare schedules and review progress.
• Collaborate with internal teams on tenant requirements, fit-out/reinstatement, and tenancy-related works.
• Serve as the key technical interface for tenant requests with clear scope and timelines.
• Conduct building surveys, inspections, and monitor progress; supervise contractors and suppliers for quality service.
• Prepare and manage annual maintenance budgets.
• Coordinate consultancy services and lead renovation or improvement projects.
• Implement quality, environmental, and health & safety standards for operations.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

• Prepare and manage annual maintenance budgets.

• Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:
