Job summary
Leadingnation in Hong Kong seeks a senior Building Services Engineering Manager to lead maintenance, repair and enhancement works for a residential property portfolio, ensuring safety, efficiency and cost‑effectiveness. You will develop preventive maintenance plans, oversee major renovations and A&A projects, conduct inspections and risk assessments, and manage contractors to deliver on time and budget.
A degree in Building Services Engineering or related discipline is required, with 12+ years
Qualifications
- Degree in Building Services Engineering or related discipline.
- 12+ years of relevant experience in developer, consultancy or major contracting firm, or working in Property / Facilities Management company.
- REW Grade A or above.
- English and Cantonese communication skills developed.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee maintenance, repair and enhancement for residential portfolio.
- Develop preventive maintenance strategies and asset management plans.
- Plan and supervise A&A, fitting-out, upgrading, and capital projects.
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments and issue resolutions.
- Oversee contractors and ensure safety, quality and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with Hong Kong regulations and building codes.
