Job summary

Shun Tak Property Management Ltd is seeking an experienced maintenance professional in Hong Kong to manage preventive maintenance schedules and execution. You will oversee contractors, negotiate performance, and handle tendering and renewal of maintenance contracts.

The role requires a Higher Diploma or above, at least 5 years in building repair and maintenance, and strong English/Chinese communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 5 years' experience in building repair & maintenance.
• Good command of English and Chinese.
• Strong leadership, presentation and problem solving skills.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for Engineer position.
• Self-disciplined and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and monitor preventive maintenance schedule and execute maintenance work.
• Negotiate and monitor performance of maintenance contractors, suppliers and technical team's staff.
• Responsible for tender, award and renewal of maintenance/improvement contracts.
• Responsible for vetting of fit-out/reinstatement requests.
• Liaise with government authorities and public bodies.
• Ensure compliance with the latest statutory regulations and requirements.
