Job summary

Savills plc in Hong Kong seeks an on-site Facilty / Property Manager to oversee daily operations, budget preparation, maintenance, vendor management and health & safety compliance.

You will supervise staff and contractors, ensure regulatory compliance, handle emergencies and maintain strong relationships with clients. A degree in a related field, 8 years of facility management experience, PMP license and bilingual English/Chinese are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in relevant disciplines or equivalent qualification.
• 8 year’s relevant experience in building or facility management.
• Holding a valid PMP Tier 1 license is required.
• Knowledge of Building Management Ordinance, DMC and related ordinances.
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal skills and able to work independently and under pressure.
• Proficient in MS applications with good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the general property management / facility management services including but not limited to budget preparation, daily operation, routine repair and maintenance work, vendor management, incident management, health & safety, office administration and procurement.
• Supervise a team of staff and service contractors to oversee the overall management of a commercial / Industrial building.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, health and safety, and environmental standards.
• Handle emergency incidents, inquiries and complaints from the customers and provide effective solutions.
• Able to maintain good relationships with all internal and external customers.
• Perform other ad hoc projects and tasks.
