Job description

We are looking for a strategic Associate Director, Property Management to oversee operational excellence, tenant relations, and asset preservation across HK property portfolio. You will lead property management operations, drive sustainability initiatives, and lead a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, and security across assigned properties (commercial/residential/mixed-use).
• Develop and manage operational budgets, vendor contracts, and property management service agreements.
• Maintain high standards of tenant satisfaction, building efficiency, and compliance with local statutory/safety regulations. Lead and mentor property management teams, property managers, and technical personnel.
• Spearhead ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and smart-building upgrades across the portfolio.

Requirements

• Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Surveying, or related field.
• Professional qualification required (e.g., Member of HKIS, RICS, or Housing Manager / Registered Professional Housing Manager - RPHM).
• Minimum 10+ years of property management experience, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale assets and vendor relationships.
• Excellent leadership, financial acumen, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
