Job summary

LRQA is seeking a Senior Program Implementation Specialist to deliver Worker Survey and Worker Voice programs across Asia and beyond. You will coordinate project delivery, engage clients, analyze findings, and translate feedback into practical actions with measurable outcomes.

You will work with multinational clients, gain exposure to global supply chain sustainability programs, and develop expertise in Worker Voice, human rights due diligence, and responsible business practices.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in client servicing, account management, program or project implementation.
• Experience coordinating or supporting client-facing projects from planning through delivery, reporting and completion.
• Strong client service, stakeholder engagement, and project coordination skills.
• Experience in survey delivery, research operations, data analysis, reporting, or related activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of Worker Survey and Worker Voice programs, including planning and reporting.
• Serve as day-to-day client contact, supporting communications, timelines and deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to meet quality standards and client needs.
• Maintain project plans, trackers, and status updates, flagging risks and issues.
• Support survey design, deployment, reporting, and client-ready recommendations.
• Assist in preparing client reports, presentations, and action plans.
• Facilitate client meetings, reviews, workshops, and webinars with clear follow-up.
