Job summary

LRQA is seeking an experienced Global Responsible Sourcing Reporting Manager in Hong Kong to lead reporting for Responsible Sourcing, ESG, and supply chain risk programs. You will oversee a global team, ensuring reporting excellence, data accuracy, and standardized dashboards across client programs.

The role combines business intelligence expertise with governance knowledge to deliver high-quality reporting solutions that support decision-making and risk management for LRQA's clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, analytics, ESG, responsible sourcing, compliance, or supply chain risk management.
• Ability to translate client requirements into effective reports and dashboards.
• Experience leading reporting or analytics teams in a client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards & analytics solutions for global ethical & responsible sourcing, ESG, social compliance, and supply chain risk programs.
• Design scalable reporting frameworks, KPIs, and analytics tools.
• Improve reporting efficiency through automation and standardization.
• Coordinate with clients, program teams, and stakeholders to understand needs and deliver insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and governance across reports and dashboards.
