Qualifications

• 8+ years in supply chain sustainability, social impact, or corporate responsibility.
• Proven track record in strategic, multi-stakeholder programs across global regions.
• Experience implementing ESG or social wellbeing targets in global supply chains.
• Familiarity with worker engagement, gender equity, and human rights standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic design and execution of worker wellbeing programs globally.
• Drive progress on public wellbeing targets with transparent reporting.
• Collaborate with regional teams, suppliers, NGOs to embed programs.
• Analyze trends and provide insights to senior leadership.
• Oversee implementation partners to ensure execution at facilities.
• Represent lululemon in global forums and partnerships.
