Job summary

LRQA Group Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Program Implementation Specialist to help deliver Worker Survey and Worker Voice programs for global brands across Asia. This role involves coordinating delivery, engaging clients, and translating insights into actionable improvements.

You will manage planning, reporting, and stakeholder communications, working with multinational clients and internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes and ongoing program success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, sustainability, or social sciences.
• 3–5 years of relevant client servicing or project implementation experience.
• Strong client service and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in survey delivery, reporting, or related activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of Worker Survey and Worker Voice programs, including planning, deployment, reporting, and follow-up.
• Serve as day-to-day client contact, managing timelines, deliverables and stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure on-time, quality delivery and client satisfaction.
• Maintain project plans, trackers, documentation and status updates, highlighting risks and dependencies.
• Support the implementation of improvement actions and program follow-up activities.
