Job summary

Mother’s Choice in Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned Manager, Pregnant Girls Services (PGS) to lead an integrated service framework across case management, youth programs, hotline, outreach and education. You will partner with senior teams to develop strategies, operations, and metrics that advance PGS program impact.

The role requires a strong track record in leadership, people development, and data-driven service delivery within a multicultural NGO setting, plus fluency in Chinese and English

Qualifications

• Degree holder in a relevant discipline (e.g. social work, counseling) with at least 10 years’ work experience, including minimum 5 years in supervisory levels.
• Experience in social/humanity services and non-profit organizations in a multicultural environment is preferred.
• Ability to lead, coach and motivate a team of frontline workers and act as a role model.
• Mature, energetic and analytical with excellent interpersonal and project management skills.
• Able to work under pressure with resilience and maintain a positive attitude.
• Fluent in Chinese and English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Passionate about Mother's Choice vision and advocate for vulnerable children, with commitment to safety and protection.

Responsibilities

• Lead One Integrated PGS Service and drive high-quality service delivery across functions.
• Lead cross-team strategic planning and service review to enable continuous improvement.
• Develop advocacy-based approaches with partners and stakeholders.
• Oversee Youth Programs, Outreach/Hotline, and Community Education delivery.
• Ensure data collection, privacy and evidence-based practice across PGS services.
• Lead team development, coaching, and alignment with organizational standards.
