Mother’s Choice in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Operations Lead for Foster Care services. You will oversee centralized intake, foster family vetting, casework, and day-to-day operations in alignment with our core values and strategic plan.

The role requires a Registered Social Worker with at least 7 years of experience (2 in child and family work), strong leadership, and excellent English and Chinese communication.

Qualifications

• Registered Social Worker with Hong Kong registration.
• Minimum 7 years of experience, with at least 2 years in child and family-related work.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Oversee centralized intake implementation to ensure service quality.
• Lead foster family vetting and recruitment, assessment, and training.
• Manage complex casework and supervise social workers.
• Coordinate operations, budgeting, and reporting to funders.
• Build partnerships with government departments and NGOs.
