Job summary

Crossings Executive Search seeks a Senior Manager to lead the Elderly Program in Hong Kong, overseeing the design, development and evaluation of interventions and the program portfolio to amplify impact.

You will engage stakeholders, manage governance and budget, guide a small team and drive grant development while ensuring timely reporting and public communications. Fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin preferred.

Qualifications

• 8 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years at mid-senior level.
• Knowledge in Elderly Care or public health sector is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, development and implementation of project interventions and evaluations.
• Manage strategic portfolio by overseeing Elderly Care initiatives and aggregating learnings for stakeholders.
• Engage and manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective delivery.
