Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong seeks an experienced HR Operations professional to own day-to-day HR in Hong Kong and Macao, independently managing compensation & benefits, payroll, and Workday. You will partner with HQ Paris and the Greater China team on recruitment, employee relations, staff engagement, and HR projects.

The role covers full-cycle payroll, leave reconciliation, MPF, and statutory filings, plus HR analytics, onboarding, offboarding, and workplace administration.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or related discipline.
• 4+ years of hands-on HR experience in Hong Kong with C&B, payroll and HRIS ownership; Macao exposure is a plus.
• Workday owner (or equivalent: SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, IP L) able to run the local system independently.
• Strong numerical accuracy with large data sets, payroll-scale data, and reconciliations.
• Proficient in English and Chinese (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Own payroll, MPF/social security and statutory filings for HK and Macao.
• Prepare monthly payroll and variable pay; investigate variances.
• Maintain HR data integrity and cost data in HRIS; produce reports with commentary.
