PwC is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst/Operations Analyst in Hong Kong to provide high-level administrative and operations support for Assurance. You will manage staff scheduling, coordinate meetings, and handle confidential information while collaborating with senior executives and a broad client base.

Qualifications

• Strong communication in English and Cantonese expected.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative abilities.
• Solid computer skills, especially Excel, are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the staff scheduling system with up-to-date information.
• Manage booking requests, staff availability, conflicts, and utilization.
• Support staff annual performance evaluation process.
• Coordinate scheduling with practice partners, managers and staff for resource optimization.
• Assist the Operations Manager with regular reports.
