Wellington Management in Hong Kong seeks a Client Service Operations Analyst to support day-to-day servicing of client accounts in APAC. The CSO Analyst will coordinate with Global Operations, Trading, Portfolio Implementation, and external partners to deliver reliable operational support.

The role emphasizes cross-functional ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams while aligning with the firm’s risk framework.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in financial services with knowledge of investment management operations.
• Experience in investment operations, including custody and accounting/recordkeeping.
• Understanding of capital markets operations and FX impact on records.
• Familiarity with local regulatory regimes and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support by analyzing and resolving complex client issues.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, custodians and global teams for smooth service.
• Build knowledge across investment strategies and market operations.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures for high-quality service.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and scalability.
• Leverage APAC market practices and regulatory expectations to tailor operations.
