Job summary

PwC Hong Kong is seeking an Associate Director in our People & Organization Consulting practice to drive growth, deliver high-impact client solutions, and lead teams to excellence in HR and organizational transformations. You will shape innovative strategies, manage complex engagements for multinational corporations, and coach colleagues to build a high-performing advisory culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 8+ years of corporate consulting experience.
• Proven track record in leading complex transformation programs.
• Strong client relationship and business development skills.
• Excellent English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development strategies by generating service ideas and coordinating across firm functions to deliver proposals and secure mandates with clients.
• Oversee delivery of People & Organization consulting services for multinational corporations, private equity firms, and domestic enterprises, ensuring client satisfaction and value creation.
• Manage and scope complex transformation initiatives including start-ups, relocations, mergers, and post-deal integration.
• Cultivate advisory relationships with clients by offering strategic insights and practical solutions.
• Mentor and coach team members to build a high-performing workforce.
