The role emphasizes risk assessment, understanding business processes, and evaluating internal controls, with opportunities to coach juniors and apply PwC tools to enhance audit quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• HKICPA is desirable; other CPA qualifications also considered.
• 3–5 years of auditing experience in CPA firms, preferably Big 4.
• Developing intermediate audit analytics and visualization skills to assess risk.
• Strong maturity, initiative and teamwork.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead planning, execution and delivery of assurance engagements.
• Work with clients and team members to provide quality assurance services.
• Coach junior staff in testing of controls and substantive procedures.
• Discuss results with team and manager and communicate recommendations for control improvements.
• Perform testing to obtain sufficient audit evidence and assess disclosures for compliance.
