Well Born Real Estate Management Limited in Hong Kong invites applications for the role of Operation Manager / Senior Operation Officer. You will lead a team of Operations Officers and schedulers to meet division objectives and deliver high-quality service to residents and customers.

The role requires at least 5 years in Security with 2 years in people management, valid Security Personnel Permit and QAS; English, Putonghua and Cantonese fluency; weekend/public holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Security or Disciplinary Force.
• At least 2 years in people management.
• Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit & QAS certificate; PMP (Tier 2) license is an advantage.
• Fluency in written and spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese.
• Shift work at weekends and public holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Operations Officers and schedulers to achieve the operational management objectives of the division.
• Deliver high quality services to customers and handle complaints.
• Deliver effective security solutions to satisfy customer needs.
• Monitor manpower scheduling to ensure cost-effective deployment.
• Make operational decisions on manpower posting.
• Manage all front-line staff in the division and handle staff-related matters.
• Set up and execute training plan for front-line officers.
• Proactively deploy staff retention strategies to the division.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies and procedures.
