Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma holder with 8-10 years of security operation experience.
• 3-5 years in a managerial role overseeing security teams.
• Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit.
• Strong written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and oversee the organization’s security protocols to safeguard personnel and assets across all on-site corporate activities and functions.
• Supervise the on-duty workforce to guarantee daily operations meet internal benchmarks and KPIs.
• Oversee work quality and compliance for the operational shift team, security control room and outsourced security vendors.
• Coordinate with Facilities to perform premise inspections and promptly resolve identified building faults.
• Administer access clearance for employees, vehicles, contractors and third-party service providers.
• Document security incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure emergency response measures meet corporate requirements.
• Manage daily operations of security officers and patrol/investigation crews, including roster planning, performance tracking, and audits.
